SYNOPSIS: This dramatic indie explores isolation and loss in an urban landscape through its central characters.
Anthony finds himself alone in the city after ending his relationship with his volatile lover, Stephen. Trying to make
sense of the failed relationship, he slips into social and spiritual-paralysis, avoiding real human interaction until he
befriends Gavin, a runaway teen living on the streets of the Tenderloin. When Gavin disappears without warning,
Anthony embarks on a mission to find his friend.

ANTHONY / Lead / Male / Caucasian, Latino, Mixed / 25-35
A gay Midwest transplant recently arrived in San Francisco, living in a studio off Polk Street and working downtown. A bit too kind and trusting, he struggles to find grounding in his life after an abusive relationship. Fascinated with the city, but lonely. Spends nights looking for Mr. Goodbar. Develops big brother/paternal role with GAVIN.

GAVIN / Lead-Supporting / Male / Caucasian, Latino, Middle Eastern, Mixed / 18-20 (must look 17)
A gay 17-year-old runaway living on the streets of the Tenderloin in San Francisco. He's smart, but lost/alienated
and adapts to street life quickly. Still a bit green, but becoming more jaded and disaffected every day. Youthful good
looks. Sometimes tricks for cash.

STEPHEN / Lead-Supporting / Male / Caucasian, Latino, Mixed / 25-35
Ex-lover of ANTHONY. Charismatic, suave, passionate, handsome, and volatile man. His worst, most abusive
behavior emerges in his relationship with ANTHONY. Possibly European native but American or Central/South
American okay.
